Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Relations
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Relations, Laura oversees the company’s Sales, Account Management, Client Relations and Client Analytics teams, which provide strategic guidance and analytic resources to assist our clients in making informed decisions that improve the performance of their fleets.
Laura joined the company as an Account Manager in 2002 and most recently served as VP of Client Relations, a role in which she managed some of the company’s largest and most complex clients. Her career in fleet management spans three decades and includes a wealth of experience, not only in strategic management but also in operations areas like license and titling, acquisitions, and fuel. She also holds the unique distinction of being the first person from a fleet management company to join the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) as a full member.
Laura attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned her Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) accreditation from NAFA in 1999. She currently serves on the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) board of directors as the current past president.
